Rough Clean: Removes large debris and makes the site clean and safe for ongoiung construction. This phase is typically done before painting, flooring and appliance installation.

Final Clean: The second phase of cleaning is a top-to-bottom clean before the contractor and owner do a punch-list walkthrough. This cleaning removes dust from every surface, as well as removing grout haze, paint overspray, compound and other construction residue.

Touch-Up Clean: The third and last phase of clenaing is completed after the contractor completes the punchlist. The touch-up clean removes settled dust, and clean and polish appliances and fixtures. This is the last step to ensure the site is ready for turnover.
