ROUGH CLEAN

In this rough clean, we removed construction debris and dust from the entire 9,000 sq. ft. warehouse ensure the site was clean and ready for fixture installation for the future retail store. Once the construction was complete, we were called back for the final cleaning.

FINAL CLEAN

Our team removed dust and construction debris from the store shelving, fixtures, stockroom shelves, corridors, manager's office and restrooms with a thorough floor cleaning completed throughout the store getting it ready for the punchlist walkthrough!

  • What is included in post-construction cleaning?

    Rough Clean: Removes large debris and makes the site clean and safe for ongoing construction. This phase is typically done before painting, flooring and appliance installation.


    Final Clean: The second phase of cleaning is a top-to-bottom clean before the contractor and owner do a punch-list walkthrough. This cleaning removes dust from every surface, as well as removing grout haze, paint overspray, compound and other construction residue.


    Touch-Up Clean: The third and last phase of cleaning is completed after the contractor completes the punchlist. The touch-up clean is to remove any settled dust, and to clean and polish appliances and fixtures. This is the last step to ensure the site is ready for closeout.
